the staff were cute and helpful (ketty, the cleaner, kept our room super clean!). i especially appreciated the pasta gift upon leaving, it was a thoughtful touch. the proximity to the metro made sightseeing simple.

The room service wasn't great. My order arrived cold. also, the gym was smaller than i expected. It had only one treadmill! i thought the workout facilities were a bit limited for a four-star place. the breakfast area was often crowded. Finding a seat was sometimes a hassle. i really disliked those aspects.

The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. They gave me maps, and helped with directions, a great touch. It felt very personalized. My room was excellent! The air conditioning worked flawlessly.
I must mention that the pillows were not up to par, made falling asleep a bit difficult. The hotel should invest in better pillows, as a good night's sleep is crucial s.
